Hosted by spoken-word artist, Dave Hallstead, this showcase will feature collaborative performances delicately threaded together through music, poetry, dance, and visual art.

Composer and musician, Gaetan Bergevin will perform a selection of compelling world music pieces that were inspired by the paintings of International Visual Artist, Mardi Ahmed, who will paint live onstage.

One of Canada’s most progressive string bands, The Rakish Angles, will collaborate with visual artist and musician, DJ Honeybee. The performance will feature an upbeat blending of acoustic and electronic music, combined with unique visual installations.

The Creek Big Band, led by Graham Ord will team up with Definitely Diva, (Lynne Dickson, Wendy Hibberd, and Patrice Pollack), and dance artist, Sylvain Brochu, for an energetic, collaborative set of Latin Jazz music. The ensemble will be joined by Anna Lumiere on piano and Raphael Geronimo on percussion.
